Why I Created ThisÂ
Hi, I'm Crystal Gray.Â
After years of practicing yoga and exploring what truly helps the body and mind feel supported, I realized that traditional talk therapy often doesn’t fully reach the tension, stress, and emotions we carry in our bodies. That’s why I created these private somatic yoga sessions: to help people slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and feel truly supported.
