Between sessions, I’ll be available via email if you need extra support, and I’ll provide personalized practices and guidance — either during our sessions or as follow-up notes — to help keep you on track and moving forward.

Why I Created ThisÂ
Hi, I'm Crystal Gray.Â
I created this program because I know how easy it is to get caught up in the noise of life — constantly doing, rushing, and holding it all together. For years, I pushed through stress, remained in addiction, brushed past my emotions, and stayed “busy” instead of really listening to what my body needed.
Through somatic yoga, I learned how to slow down and actually feel again — to connect with my breath, notice what was happening inside, and give my nervous system the chance to soften and reset.
Now, I want to share these practices with you. My hope is that these sessions give you space to reconnect with yourself, release some of the tension you’ve been carrying, and find moments of stillness in the middle of everything else.
This isn’t about perfect poses or “doing it right.” It’s about coming home to yourself.
