Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive your 300 hour certificate which you would combine with your 200 hour certificate to make you a 500 hour certified yoga teacher.

The full program is one year. We find this is a good amount of time to allow the teachings to sink in, practice what you're learning, and really feel like you're embodying it all.

We will have an easy-to-follow outline that will tell you exactly what you should be working on for each month to keep you on track and so that you don't fall behind.

We find that solely "go at your own pace" type programs have a very low completion rate so it's advised that you join as many of the live calls as possible as well as follow the course homework outline to the best of your ability.

If you cannot finish the program within one year, you will have the option to continue with the program for an additional $150/month to pay for your support coach.

Everyone will have different goals for this program. Goals range from deepening their personal practice to enhancing their teaching skills to beginning their teaching journey.

No path is alike and, like anything else in life, it's 100% dependent on how much you put IN to the program.

You will have one full week, after the official start date of your program, to cancel for a full refund, if you decide it's not a good fit.

Live sessions are held one Sunday per month from 11am-3pm.

The Yoga Alliance does require 45 hours of contiguous learning which means that you need to be live, on the calls, or physically there, in person.

This ensures that you get the most from your training, however I understand things happen and in those situations, you will have access to the recording so you don't get behind.

The members who get the most from the program are the ones who are committed to making the Sunday calls live.

The community and feedback is so important!

They are also active in the Facebook messenger thread, asking questions and building relationships.

Lastly, those who dedicate time each week to going through the coursework and practice teaching are the ones who exceed our expectations.

While some of you may choose the fully-virtual option, it is unlike many other virtual programs because of the accountability and our homework timeline.

This ensures that you actually complete the program.

We hold ourselves to a high standard of accountability for all of our students to ensure, to the best of our ability, that you feel supported and complete the program.

I limit enrollment for each session of my yoga teacher training. This ensures that I can get you started on the right foot and give you the most support possible.
