With the shift into cooler weather and shorter days, we often carry more tension, both physically and emotionally. This session will help you release stress and tension from the body, creating space for calm and relaxation during the seasonal transition.

Finding Clarity in the Change

Seasonal transitions can leave us feeling mentally scattered or emotionally unsettled. This week’s practice will focus on clearing mental fog and cultivating emotional clarity, so you can move through the season with greater focus and ease.

Building Emotional Resilience for Fall


As we approach the heart of autumn, it’s common to experience emotional shifts, including feelings of sadness or seasonal depression. In this final session, we’ll focus on building emotional resilience, equipping you with tools to maintain balance and peace as the season deepens.
